Small bug fixes required

1. After entering a valid license key, the 'buy product, menu entry is still there, but is removed upon app re-start.

2. Close the help file when the app closes.

3. Add entry in the theme menu to have 'No Theme' i.e use standard windows controls/theme.

4. Remove focus rectangle from tabs.

5. Help button from 'World clock Settings' leads to a non-existent help index.

6. Allow multi-select list boxes Balloon tab.

7. Some hot-key assignments, e.g. the Break key, show up as an empty text box.
