Crave World Clock

Crave World Clock is a must-have world clock software for people who need to keep track of current time in different cities and time zones around the world. The current time will be displayed on a real world map along with day and night effects.

You can add cities of your choice on the world map and also set the world clock as your desktop wallpaper. You can also add analog clock and digital clock on your desktop to keep track of time for multiple cities.

Add a schedule feature instead of just reminders. eg From / to date and time for dffernt countries

This is useful for business travellers or landlords etc to record what they will be doing in a country for days or weeks at a time and thus schedule their time plans.

I live in a smaller town and yet I couldn't find the "big" cities in my own state. It would be nice to be able to just select a time zone instead of a specific city, if there isn't a city to select. Also, the world clock looks great and the...

Make the map zoomable, so one can zoom into countries, and zoom out.

Make the map more interactive, click on region and zoom into that region, and maybe zoom into countries, not like a regular street-map, but so one can see just one the country, like USA, that has several time-zones, and zoom out. Now when I use...

Set up for UTF-8 encoding standard to allow international fonts. Right now Asian fonts such as Japanese or Chinese cause ugly garbage characters to appear instead of the correct dates. Unless you change your entire system setting, you cannot fix this

Figure a way to keep from overlapping text on map

I was putting in my home in Ft. Worth and then inlaws in Phoenix and more in Pittsburg and Cincinatti. It makes a real mess and it isn't pretty.

Add a bar to constantly display at the bottom of the browser window (right above the task bar). This can be user-customisable for all the functions in Crave.

Also showing country flags next to the selected time zones would make it easy to read at a glance

clicking on map should propose to create the clock for that part of the world. Or instead search for a city name from gMaps for instance. Many countries are not listed at all.

I'm an avid traveler so to be able to not only see weather in the area but attractions in the area as well would be fantastic. Most cities these days have a website which gives information on the area as well as tourist links so this shouldn't be...

As a teacher, use the Crave World Clock for educational purposes. Adding the tropic of Cancer and Capricorn would be a big help in explaining the 23 1/2 degree tilt of the earth realative to our sun.

Have the clock to spin every second to another city you've selected. When you point or click on the clock it returns to your local time, then starts flipping/spinning again.

Make is easier to NOT load at start up

I couldn't figure out how to not load up at start up so I uninstalled it. A shame. I would have used it often, just not every dam time my computer loads.

Automatic adjustment of city name position to prevent overlapping text, plus option for abbreviated city names and option for cities marked by dot only (without names).

For dot-only option, city name could be displayed in the mouse-over bubble. Chances are that after selecting which cities to display, you know what they are.

Have live weather, when minimize should sit over windows taskbar in transperent mode, ability to show time difference b/w any 2 cities

1. It could take the live feeds from websites like weather.com & reflect the same. 2. when minimize should sit over windows tray in transparent mode rather than going in o the system tray. This will help getting it back in a single click as well...

Be able to see the date. In non windows 7 systems the time is easy to find, the date, not so much!

Have the date, like 14 or 23 clearly visable. Show the dateline so I know where it is the 14th and where it is the 15th.

Allow user to set two levels of transparency for clocks: 1.) transparency for clock most of the time and 2.) transparency on mouse over. Look at Clocx to see what I mean. I'd also like to see GMT/UTC as an included time zone choice.

be able to access International Dialling codes for key cities and see the sunrise and sunset in any given area on the map. I would also like the map page to be sizeable by dragging the corners of the window, as it is difficult to see on a laptop, and

I realize that the map page itself can be re-sized, but when this is done, there is no way to see the entire page on a small 13.5" laptop screen like mine. The clocks should also be re-sizable and there should be an option to keep them on top so...

Make the desktop clocks 'click through' so you dont heve to move them to get at what is under them. Also after adding a city to the world map please reindex the list of citys insted of just putting it at the bottom of the list.

Add Translucent function

Add Translucent capability to the clocks w/hover function, so they can be adjusted to still see them but don't totally obstruct what's behind and will still go solid when u hover. Similar to translucent function in Aston 2 Desktop.

Wonderful, beautiful, usful tool. Thank you. I would improve lapping cities, such as Toronto and Detroit (non of them can be correctely read due to the lapping). I would ad an option to determain top/bottom/left/right text for each city point.
